FOOD

The Host’s 18years experience gives an exclusive variety of a carefully prepared, well balanced menu. With famous Indian dishes like Vindaloo’s , Butter chicken , Korma’s , Madrasi Preparations , Etc & India Today’s very own house specials , created by the Host’s and highly experienced Chefs to create a variety of new Indian dishes. Authentic South Indian dishes like Dosa , Idli & Uthapam Etc are prepared by a traditionally trained South Indian Chef. New dishes like ‘ Bombay Spices ‘ , ‘ Hariyali preparation ‘ & ‘ Achari Prepartion ‘ have already had a great response and have been greatly accepted by our regular patrons.

The Host Believes that the best way to enjoy Indian food is to share amongst each other with different varieties from A La Carte or you can enjoy a all-you-can-eat style banquet with different combinations to suit your palette. Banquets are 4-5 course menu’s with a good value of money.

Décor

‘If you have never been to India , Come To India Today’. The colourful décor gives you a glimpse of the colourful culture of India. The hangings,canopies on the ceiling and the different coloured Sari’s create a cosy, relaxing atmosphere which creates a little India away from India. The entrance lures you inside with its temple like effect , once your inside the unbelievable ambience of India will overwhelm you! 

Music & Staff

The peaceful authentic Indian music of the sitar , tabla ( Indian Drum ) allow patrons to enjoy the Indian atmosphere. To add to the atmosphere, traditional Indian costumes are worn by staff members to complete the Indian experience. Our friendly staff are always keen to assist you with your queries.
