The winds are fresh S early but are are predicted to go very strong SSE later. Try the beachies in the S protected corners early on high tide, Dickys-Currumindi, Alex, Coolum, A Bay, Noosa groynes. Explore the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk, a 58 kilometre long world-class bushwalk traversing Kondalilla National Park, Mapleton Falls National Park, Delicia Road Conservation Park and Mapleton Forest Reserve.

Several walking tracks allow you to enter and explore before cooling down in a pristine creek or swimming hole. The walks range from short strolls to the challenging Mt Allan trail, where a fire tower offers spectacular views over the region.
