CoastalWatch surf report: Swell 1-2ft ESE - Rating 3 - Winds 4kts - High Tide 07:51 am & 08:30 pm - Low Tide 02:15 am & 01:51 pm - The swell is still very small at 1-2ft max along the open stretches with a light W winds early. The winds will go NNW, then NNE later. Just very small ones all along the open beaches on high tide early, then try Sunshine, Yaroomba and Kawana later. Discover a day in the Eumundi coastal hinterland

6am

Energise - take a walk through lush green valleys or along peaceful lake shores. See jabiru’s wading among reflections of the clouds above in the calm waters, or kangaroos idly grazing.

7am

 Treat yourself to breakfast from the farm gate provisions in your breakfast hamper or a gourmet breakfast cooked by your hosts.

8am

Time to get out into the real world! Head to downtown Eumundi and it’s legendary markets bustling with passionate artists, colourful growers and eccentric inventors.

10am

Rest those weary legs. Savour coffee and scrumptious cake whilst browsing the books at Australia’s oldest bookseller. Revived. it’s off to investigate the galleries.

12 noon

A pit stop at your B&B or cottage for the beach gear. Take a walk through Noosa National Park along the stunning coastal walk. Enjoy a swim at a secluded cove in the clear blue waters.

2pm

Grab a bite to eat and an ice cold beer at one of the Eumundi pubs and listen to the some live music, then back to your retreat for a well deserved rest.

7pm

Refreshed. Time to head out to one of the many great local restaurants, each offering fresh local produce and reflect on a great day in the coastal hinterland.

6am
Start your day at Booloumba falls for a walk and bird watching, then reward yourself with a hearty breakfast at McGinn’s of Kenilworth

9am
Grab some dairy delights from the Kenilworth Cheese Factory and then browse works from leading local and national artists at the highly regarded art gallery.

12noon
Have a picnic at the Mapleton National Park with the local wildlife, and then wash it down with cool drinks and great views at the local tavern.

2pm
Continue on to Kondalilla Falls in Kondalilla National Park, where you can work off lunch with a pleasant walk and take a dip in the stunning rock pool.

4pm
Stop for a latte in Main Street Montville and contemplate where to have dinner.

6pm
Sample some local cheese and wine under the stars back at your B&B or treehouse before getting ready for dinner.

7pm
Enjoy the best of local produce combined with genuine hospitality at a local restaurant before retiring.
